Donkey Welfare of Namibia
was set up early in 2005 following a trip
from England to Namibia by Russell Hay and
Peter Collingwood. They found that there
were a number of ways that the lives of both
the donkeys and the people of Namibia could
be helped. They first identified the high
incidence of deaths and injuries on the road
involving donkeys and vehicles, and came
up with the reflective tag scheme.
Donkey Welfare of Namibia are looking to increase the scope and
number of projects they undertake in Namibia and are therefore looking
for donations to help. They welcome any assistance or financial help.
Donkey Welfare of Namibia are grateful for
Sandy
Acre Safaris for the logistical support in Namibia and
